My work applies Machine Learning, Deep Learning and IoT to healthcare and agriculture — from AI-enabled medical devices, point-of-care systems and digital health to precision agriculture, wearable technologies and sensors — with a focus on AI-enabled translational healthcare.
Approval of PRIDE-INDIA, an ICMR-funded national consortium project awarded to Proton BioSystems Lab, the interdisciplinary healthcare-innovation, medical-technology and AI laboratory at TIET. The consortium brings TIET together with AIIMS New Delhi, PGIMER Chandigarh, AIIMS Jodhpur, NIMHANS Bangalore, SGPGIMS Lucknow and NIMS Hyderabad. Investigators: Dr. Apinderpreet Singh, Dr. Harpreet Singh and Dr. Saif Nalband.
Awarded by the Indian Council of Medical Research – Centre for Innovation and Bio-Design (ICMR-CIBioD) on 11 November 2021 for contribution to Affordable Healthcare.
